In order to start using a supported integration with the Adentro Wifi, you will first need to obtain your API Key and Location IDs.
1. To get started, Adentro requires that clients reach out to Greg Clancy (gclancy@adentro.com) to obtain your Adentro API Token.
Adentro Customers are issued a token which must be passed via the Authorization Header of all API requests made to the Contacts API. This token is used by Fishbowl to connect to Adentro's API and validate requests.
Please note: Authorization tokens are issued to customers manually and their expiration policy is managed by Adentro.
2. Fishbowl will also need a list of your Adentro Location IDs. To find more information about your locations, visit your Adentro Settings in your dashboard.
A location corresponds to a real business location with an Adentro-enabled router. You can easily capture your Location ID by copying the business={id} from your Adentro dashboard URL. You may ignore the &group={id} as we just need the ID associated to your location.
3. To set up the connection in the Fishbowl GRM, navigate to Connect > Adentro in app.fishbowl.com/connections
4. Click on the blue "+" button and paste in your Access Token and Location ID. You will need to do this step for each store you have set up in your brand.
