Setting up your WiFi connection is an important step to ensure seamless connectivity. Here’s how you can get started quickly and efficiently:
What You Need to Gather
Before setting up your WiFi, you'll need some basic information about your current setup. Please gather the following details:
- Access Point: Identify where your WiFi access point is located. This will be the central hub from which your WiFi signal is broadcasted.
- Router Make and Model: Knowing the make and model of your router is essential. This information can typically be found on a label at the back of your router.
To facilitate this process, we encourage you to take a photo of the back of your router where these details are usually listed, and share it with the Fishbowl team.
If There’s a Hitch
If we encounter any issues configuring your WiFi with the existing router, please inform your Onboarding or Account Manager. We can discuss alternative solutions, such as providing you with a compatible router. Please note, there is a one-time fee associated with this option.
Personalization
Once the router setup is complete, we can personalize it to display the name of your logo as desired. This small touch can enhance the branding experience for users connecting to your WiFi!
