      Freedompay

      Step 1: Email your freedompay account rep inquiring about Freedompays Data Warehouse Feed:

      • Hello,
        I am reaching out to gather information regarding FreedomPay’s Data Warehouse Feed. We are looking to establish an integration between Fishbowl and FreedomPay and would like to understand the technical requirements and next steps.
      • Your Freedompay rep will send you an invoice for you to sign

      Step 2: Once you have aligned with Freedompay and have signed an agreement with Freedompay to move forward with the Data Ware House Feed, send an email to implementation@fishbowl.com and freedompay your rep making an introduction and requesting Fishbowl provides the needed SFTP credentials and UCS2 encoding. 

      Step 3: Fishbowl Onboarding Manager will perform the store mapping in GRM.
