Configure comprehensive offer parameters, including redemption limits, public visibility, specific details, and additional settings for optimal functionality.

General Restrictions Configuration:

• Limit Redemptions:

  • Specify the redemption limits for the offer:
    • Choose between:
      • Single: One-time use code.
      • Multiple: Set a limit for the number of times the code can be redeemed (from 2 to 9,999,999).
      • Unlimited: No limit on redemptions.
      • Per Coupon: Limits redemptions to a one-time use or a specified number of times.
      • Per Member: Limits redemptions based on member ID, email address, or device ID (for API use only).

• Limit Time Frame:

  • Set frequency limits on redemptions:
    • Choose between:
      • Per Day: Limit redemptions per day.
      • Per Week: Limit redemptions per week, with customizable week start logic.
      • Per Month: Limit redemptions per month.

• Order Type:

  • Restrict offer discounts based on the order mode of delivery or order type.

• Requires Manager Authorization:

  • Set the offer to require manager authorization for redemption (Micros 3700 only).

Public Restrictions Configuration:

• Date & Time Restrictions:
  • Define the validity period and times for the offer:
    • Offer Start & End: Set the start and end dates/times.
    • Days Valid: Choose which days of the week the offer is valid.

Offer Details Configuration:

• Vanity Code:

  • Configure vanity codes for easy redemption:
    • Ensure the code follows specific criteria (alphanumeric, no spaces, up to 15 characters).
    • Set vanity codes as 'Per Member' for single or multiple use.
    • Configure member identifiers (member ID, email, device ID) for redemption.

• Receipt Text:

  • Provide text for the POS and customer receipt (16 character limit, alphanumeric).

• Discount ID:

  • Link the offer to a specific discount ID in the POS for granular reporting.
