1. Provide Fishbowl with Resy OS account access

 

Add implementation_fishbowl_YOURNAME@fishbowl.com as a new user to your Resy OS account. This email address will be provided to you by the onboarding manager. 
 
Provide Fishbowl with the following permissions and reports:
  • Update venue info
  • Advanced analytics
  • View and download full guestbook
  • ResyOS Generated Reports
  • Analytics Reports

2. Notify Resy OS of data connection request

**Step number 1 must be completed before sending below email.**

As part of our business and marketing objectives we have contracted with Fishbowl Inc. to leverage their GRM platform, Delightable, to centralize our data to use in our business intelligence. We are asking all of our operational and business platform providers who have guest data to work with them to provide them access to all of our customer and reservation data.

To find your venue information, log into Resy OS Dashboard > Settings > Venue
    • See Venue Details
    • Click on Widget > see Venue ID
