For Delightable to reflect Tock as a data source, you will need to have access to Tock as well as the ability to export your guest & Reservation data from your Tock account before being able to Import these data source files into Delightable.
How to Export Tock Guest Data
Login to Tock. Select which restaurant you want to export data from, navigate to the Operations tab, and select Guests on the left. Next, select a time frame equivalent to one week, either Last Week or Last 7 days. Additional options include Next 7 days to capture any data on future guests.

Select which restaurant you want to export data from and navigate to the Operations tab. Select Reservations on the left. Next, select a time frame equivalent to one week, either Last Week or Last 7 days. Additional options include Next 7 days to capture future reservations.
How to import Tock Guest & Reservation Data into
- Log in to your delightable account at app.delightable.com
- Navigate to Connect
- Click the Tock connection tile
- Give your connection a name, select a store and upload your files
- Click Add, and your data will be processed, harmonized, and displayed in the app
