Obtaining Public token and Secret key
To obtain your Tripleseat account's customer secret and customer key, you will want to begin by logging in to your Tripleseat account and going to Settings -> Tripleseat API. If you don't have access to this area, you'll have to request it from the customer admin, who can assist with updating your User Role accordingly.
Connecting to Fishbowl GRM
- Log into app.fishbowl.com
- Select the desired brand
- Click Connect Tab
- Click the Tripleseat tile
- Click the Connect button
- Enter a name that makes sense to you for the Connection. We recommend as a best practice ["Brand Name" Tripleseat] to keep it simple and straightforward.
- Enter account's customer secret and customer key
- Click 'Add'
Store Mapping
- 1. Click 'Add'
- Select your Tripleseat Store ID from the dropdown
- Select the store that corresponds with the Tripleseat ID
- Repeat for each location
- Click 'save'
