Obtaining Client ID (UID) and Client Secret

To obtain the Tripleseat Client ID (UID) and Client Secret, please log in to Tripleseat and navigate to Settings > Tripleseat API & Webhooks. Under the Tripleseat API OAuth 2.0 Client Applications section, you can create or view OAuth 2.0 applications and retrieve the Consumer Secret and Consumer ID. You will be redirected to a page asking for information URL and Redirect URI:

Additionally, on this page is the option to send all relevant technical details to a preferred email address by typing in the email address next to 'Send the fancy technical details' and clicking the button.

Connecting to Fishbowl GRM

1. Log into app.fishbowl.com 
   1. Select the desired brand 
2. Click Integrations Tab
3. Search for the Tripleseat tile
4. Click the eyeball
5. Toggle over to connections
6. Click 'New Connection'
7. Enter a name that makes sense to you for the Connection. We recommend as a best practice ["Brand Name" Tripleseat] to keep it simple and straightforward. 
8. Enter account's Client ID (UID) and Client Secret
9. Click 'Authorize with Tripleseat '
