Client needs to provide the below informatin:
  • Company Name: 
  • Aloha Enterprise Web Site URL: 
  • Company ID: 

Once this information is gathered, submit a ticket to Deanna with the above informaiton and she will then provide a PDF. 

One you have the PDF ask the client to send it to support@alohaenterprise.com

"Hello Support Team,

We are onboarding a new vendor partner with Fishbowl. As part of their integration they are requesting access to our Aloha Replicated Data with access to the prior two years of historical transaction data.

Attached you will find a copy of their Replication Request Form for a New Replication Feed."

Once Aloha enables the connection on their end, connect to the grm:

  • Database name - Deanna will provide this

  • Store Prefix - this will be in their stores - most likely wont have this

  • Map Stores

 

Clients should ask Aloha reps to enable BSL for TDM (transaction documents) and provide Fishbowl with the keys Aloha provides to you.
